A fan favorite recipe for all households! Just thought I would share because who doesn't love a solid cinnamon roll recipe?

Let's talk dough:
3/4 Cup warm milk (not too hot it will kill your yeast)
1.5 Tbs of sugar
One packet of instant yeast
Let that yeast, milk, sugar mix set to the side for about 10-15 minuets.
Grab a big bowl to add all your ingredients into.
Into that bowl you will put:
Yeast mixture
One egg
2tbs sugar
2.75 Cups of flower
Pinch of salt
Mix ingredients until combined
Kneed mixture until form into a smooth ball
Take dough and let it rest in a greased bowl for 1-2 hours (or until double in size) and cover bowl with plastic wrap.
Once dough has risen take it out and roll it desired size onto a lightly flowered surface
Spread softened butter onto rolled out dough
Cover butter with brown sugar
Dust cinnamon onto brown sugar
Roll dough into log and cut into 1-2in rolls
Set rolls into pan overnight in fridge or 1 hour on counter to rise

Frosting:
4oz of softened cream cheese
Half a stick of softened butter
Splash of vanilla
2-3 cups of powdered sugar
Set oven to 350 for 20 min. To make them extra soft and gooey add a little bit of heavy whipping cream on top before going into the oven.
